These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Pasto website, mobile application and related services (together, the "Service"), published by pasto.tech. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
Most of the Service is available without an account. When you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity that takes place under your account. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse it — including no attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the Service, no scraping or automated bulk extraction of content, and no use that infringes the rights of others. Botanical information provided by Pasto is AI-generated and offered for guidance only; it is not professional advice and must not be relied upon for decisions affecting health, safety or the consumption of plants.
Pasto Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the Apple App Store. The price is displayed in the app before purchase and charged to your Apple account at confirmation. Eligible users may be offered a 7-day free trial; any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your App Store account settings — cancellations are handled by Apple, not by pasto.tech.
The Service, including its texts, images, illustrations and botanical data, is protected by intellectual property rights and remains the exclusive property of pasto.tech unless otherwise stated. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own non-commercial use. Any other reproduction or distribution requires our prior authorization.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, pasto.tech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by French law. Where you act as a consumer, you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
