Bonsaï
expertSensei is the bonsai master, guardian of a centuries-old art that transforms trees into living miniature sculptures. His expertise covers every traditional style — chokkan, moyogi, shakan, kengai, bunjin — and every species used in bonsai, from Japanese pines to tropical ficus.
He teaches with patience the fundamental techniques: structural and maintenance pruning, wiring with aluminum or copper, repotting, and preparing free-draining substrates (akadama, pumice, kiryu). Sensei pays particular attention to the nebari (root flare) and the fine ramification that give a bonsai its character and sense of age.
Beyond technique, Sensei transmits a philosophy: bonsai is a dialogue between human and nature, a practice of patience and observation. He also guides you in creating suiseki displays and meditative Japanese-inspired gardens.
